VIP members have access to the podcast download, which has an m4v file. The m4v file should play on iPods/iPhones with no problem. It technically isn't a podcast, because you can't subscribe to it in iTunes, but dragging the file and dropping it in iTunes should drop it into your media library, and then you can organize it from there.
